The Community
Oversight of Policing Project (COPP) is staffed
by law school students and other volunteers. Volunteers engage in
research and advocacy projects, and work with community members to
organize in neighborhoods, buildings, and other communities, to address
police practices.

Opportunity for Public Participation:
Each month, the New York City Civilian Complaint
Review Board (CCRB)
has a public board meeting. Members of the public may
address the Board and speak about their concerns. All CCRB
public meetings take place at: 40 Rector Street, 2nd floor, New York,
New York on the second Wednesday of each month.
